Introduction

EFT Level 1 is for people who want to learn how to use this tool for themselves or their friends and family. For professionals, it's an obligatory foundation for Level 2 and EFT International certification.

Over two days, you'll learn how to use some basic techniques to calm fears and clear disturbing memories. You'll also learn how to conquer addictions such as sugar, tobacco and alcohol, and how to improve unhealthy relationships.

The price is €250 for the two days (with tea and coffee included).
